You will be responsible for opening doors across verticals and within the community to adopt virtual, augmented and mixed reality solutions that solve big problems, making a difference in the community and enabling immersive experiences and practical use cases across tech education sectors.     • Lead the development and support of scalable, secure, technology driven solutions in a team environment and across business units 
    • Drive technology innovations, improve productivity and control through standardization 
    • Provide hands-on guidance in implementation of chosen technology and build relationships with other management teams, instructors, and business clients. 
    • Develop and review plans, including business requirements, functional specification, development strategy, staffing requirements and integration with external components. 
    • Recommends strategic balance of internal and external/outsources resources to manage projects effectively and efficiently and deliver technology 
    • Establish and regularly manage financial and staffing plans to deliver on schedule and within budget 
    • Develop an operating plan and annual operating and capital budgets for area of responsibility, highlighting the implementation of the technology strategic plan including short- and long-range goals and tactics 
    • Manages teams and applies proven communication skills; problem-solving skills; and knowledge of best practices to guide teams on issues related to the design; development; deployment and support of mission-critical information, technology solutions 
    • Contribute to defining core competencies and execution plans to improve the team; Leads change management activities to foster an excellent IT technology team 


    • Degree in Technology or a related field is required;  
    • Knowledge of technological systems as they apply to instructional, administrative, and workplace needs 
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
    • Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures  
    • Ability to develop and interpret financial data/plans and manage resources 
    • Ability to be forward-thinking and develop and execute on change initiatives 
    • Ability to establish and develop community and business partnerships
