    Consumer Insights Analytics Manager

     

    Octagon Technology Staffing is in search of a high potential, highly ambitious Consumer Insights Analytics Manager in the S Florida area for one of our fastest growing client companies! You will help the company explore new avenues of revenue in regards to product development, verticals, and product execution. Using analytical and problem-solving skills, you will identify problems, recommend solutions, and work with other high impact business units, such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT departments, as well as clients. This position will develop product strategies by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to draw data-driven conclusions on ways to improve our top revenue lines.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the product development concept process by researching and constructing new offerings and their viability in the marketplace
    • Own and develop market segmentation with a deep understanding of customer use cases and personas.
    • Own the product constructs framework and utilize that structure to test potential offerings
    • Be the go-to Data Analytics/Insights person in the Product Development and Digital department, utilizing those skills to test market viability, new concepts and offshoots
    • Collaborate with business leaders to conceptualize and build business cases for new strategies
    • Identify current product challenges and utilize that information in redesign and new product creation
    • Own the product development process and increase viability in the industry; streamlining market readiness
    • Be the conduit between many internal partners, including Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance to foster two-way communication and
    • Ensure all offerings are designed, implemented and managed with consideration to all groups

    Qualifications

     Education/Experience/Other Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative field
    • 4+ years of experience in product management, market and customer segmentation and business strategy.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally
    • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong ability to influence executive team with deep customer insights.
    • Strong computer skills, including, Powerpoint, Word, and Excel
